Job Description / Responsibility
- Bangla and English compose
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Excel. (Mathematics knowledge to organize and manipulate data in MS Excel is a must)
- Good typing speed Bangla and English.
- Scanning and Editing
- Ensure accuracy of data entry work.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and should have good typing speed
- Expert knowledge in Office 2013, Office 2016, One Drive, Azure, Skype for Business, Active Directory etc.
- Data entry work in English.
- To maintain Existing Hardware and Network.
- Expert all IT support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, Laser Jet printers, Inkjet printers, Scanners, CCTV Surveillance System, Access Control Devices, Polycom Video Conferencing Device Management, Multimedia Projectors, UPS/ IPS etc.
- Should be able to troubleshoot IT related problems (both hardware & Network)
- Maintain & support all Desktop & Laptop computer of factory.
- Multimedia & IT support for any kind of function.
- Maintain & support WAN & LAN connectivity.
- IT knowledge share & develop to all employees

Should be knowledge in Exchange Mail Server Configuration, Maintenance & User management. Also, knowledge in Microsoft Office Outlook Configuration.
