Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Supervisors to lead and monitor a team of Sales Representatives (SR). The ideal candidates must possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to guide the team toward achieving sales targets effectively. This is a first-line leadership role that requires both office and field-level supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Sales Representative (SR) team
Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets
Monitor field activities and office performance regularly
Guide team members with proper sales strategy and market execution
Prepare and submit performance and sales reports to management
Maintain discipline, productivity, and coordination within the team
Identify market opportunities and support business growth
Age 18 to 25 years At least 2 years’ experience in sales supervision/team management preferredMust have clear understanding of SR operations and field activitiesExperience in telecom/mobile operator-related sales will get preferenceComputer literacy will give the applicant extra mileageRequired SkillsStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent monitoring and team management capabilityTarget-driven mindsetAbility to work under pressureProblem-solving and decision-making skills
