Akij Venture Group is looking for experienced and target-oriented candidates for the position of “Executive – Modern Trade / Institutional Sales / HoReCa”. The incumbents will be responsible for sales operations and business development of beverage, hygiene, dairy, agro, and electrical & electronics products of Akij Food & Beverage Ltd., Akij Healthcare & Hygiene Ltd., Akij Electric & Electronics Ltd., Akij Dairy Ltd., and Akij Agro & Livestock Ltd. in Modern Trade, Institutional Sales, and HoReCa channels.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets in assigned channels and territories
Maintain strong relationships with modern trade outlets, institutional clients, and HoReCa customers
Ensure product availability, display, merchandising, and promotional execution
Conduct regular market visits and collect market feedback
Identify new business opportunities and support channel expansion
Prepare sales reports and update daily sales activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and customer service
Ensure timely collection from customers as per company policy
Age At least 24 years Good communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure and achieve targetsBasic knowledge of MS Office applicationsWillingness to travel as per business requirement
