Senior Executive

Responsibility

• Be responsible for the revenue cycle (sales, account receivables, collection)
• Handle finance related communication with customers
• Prepare invoices and other accounting documents related to revenue cycle
• Data entry in accounting software (Xero)
  
• Prepare detail of balance sheet accounts
• Maintain aging report of restaurant receivables.
• Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the external audit
• Maintain cashbook and do daily cash reconciliation
• Perform daily vendor cash reconciliation report and trace to bank account
  
• Maintain trial balance and management reports
• Maintain general ledger for all expenses in Xero along with proper supporting
• Prepare monthly investor reporting packs
