Job Description

Field Nation is an online marketplace that connects businesses who need work done with skilled technicians. Our Bangladesh office has been operating for more than 7 years in Uttara, Dhaka and our Corporate Office is located in the United States (Minnesota) for the past 10 years.

· Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)

· Strong work ethic

· Committed to consistently work the night shift

· Able to work under pressure and handle tough customer situations

· Enjoys working in a team environment

· General computer skills/knowledge

· Previous US-based customer service experience is a huge plus!!

উভয় পুরুষ এবং নারীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন
ইংরেজীতে উত্তম দক্ষতা (মৌখিক, পঠন ও লিখিত)
উত্তম কার্য নৈতিকতা।
কাজ করতে পারার মানসিকতা।
নাইট শিফটে কাজ করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
চাপের মাঝে এবং জটিল গ্রাহক অবস্থা পরিচালনার দক্ষতা।
দলীয় পরিবেশে কাজে আগ্রহী।
সাধারন কম্পিউটার দক্ষতা/ অভিজ্ঞতা।
পূর্বে ইউএস ভিত্তিক গ্রাহকদের সাথে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা অতিরিক্ত সুবিধা হিসেবে যুক্ত হবে।
