· Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
· Strong work ethic

· General computer skills/knowledge
· Previous US-based customer service experience is a huge plus!!

চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
- এই পদে আপনার প্রাথমিক দায়িত্বটি ফোন, ইমেল এবং চ্যাট মাধ্যমে আমাদের ক্লায়েন্টদের কাছে বিভিন্ন গ্রাহক সহায়তা অনুসন্ধানের প্রতিক্রিয়া / সমাধান করতে দায়িত্ববান থাকা।
চাকরির প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়সমূহ
- উভয় পুরুষ এবং নারীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন
- ইংরেজীতে উত্তম দক্ষতা (মৌখিক, পঠন ও লিখিত)
- উত্তম কার্য নৈতিকতা।
- কাজ করতে পারার মানসিকতা।
- নাইট শিফটে কাজ করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
- চাপের মাঝে এবং জটিল গ্রাহক অবস্থা পরিচালনার দক্ষতা।
- দলীয় পরিবেশে কাজে আগ্রহী।
- সাধারন কম্পিউটার দক্ষতা/ অভিজ্ঞতা।
- পূর্বে ইউএস ভিত্তিক গ্রাহকদের সাথে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা অতিরিক্ত সুবিধা হিসেবে যুক্ত হবে।
