Job Description

Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
Observe and interpret patient's symptoms.
Make documents for worker's medical complaints using medical histories and diagnostic tests.
Investigate and analyze injury trends, research possible occupational hazards, and collaborate with safety teams and managers.
Managing medical records (Health checkup, Injury report, Accident report, daily disease record, monthly disease record etc.)
Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to First Aid service.
Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
Provide instant medical care in emergencies and refer them BEPZA medical (If needed).
Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to take care for patients.
Make monthly medicine requisition.
