Nurse

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret patient's symptoms.
• Make documents for worker's medical complaints using medical histories and diagnostic tests.
• Investigate and analyze injury trends, research possible occupational hazards, and collaborate with safety teams and managers.
• Managing medical records (Health checkup, Injury report, Accident report, daily disease record, monthly disease record etc.)
• Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to First Aid service.
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies and refer them BEPZA medical (If needed).
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to take care for patients.
• Make monthly medicine requisition.
