Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

- Age: at most 40 years (Age consideration may be relaxed in case of competitive skill and experience)
- Age at most 40 years
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Experience: at least 3 years in relevant field.
- Field of Experiences: Collection and Recovery in the related field
- Working experience of at least 3 years in the field of Loan Recovery & Monitoring/ Relationship Management, Loans and Advances and Security Documentation in any leading Bank/FI as a full-time employee.
- Should have strong market intelligence to develop new recovery processes.
Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor loan repayment process.
- Solicit business by booking both Assets & Liabilities.
- Prepare and accurate submission of memos/proposals.
- Prepare call reports, analyze financial data/reports, visit client’s business premises, present & permanent address for loan recovery purpose.
- Assist in achieving the Loan recovery goals of the Branch/Division/Bank.
- Prepare Warning letters for borrowers.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers...
