Smart Bio-Inception LTD Territory Sales Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

• Make effective sales plan and ensure the sales target, continues sales growth at a minimum cost, in the respective territory.
• Needs to have vast product knowledge and train the Distributor personnel on product & customer service.
• Direct, assists, and supervise the sales personnel for maintaining and improving the company's competitive position
• To inform to the superior about the activities of other competitive chocolate companies, area trends, pricing etc.
• Controlling the sales team in line with the set KPIs.
• Appoint new Distributor/Explore business opportunities.
• Ensuring proper delivery discussion with Delivery Dept. and Clients
• Ensuring the result oriented visit and emphasize customer satisfaction.
• Attend the customer complain (if any).
• Evaluate the sales opportunities in the territory and act accordingly to avail the best output from it.
• Ensuring proper use of marketing promotional Items with documents.
