Job Description / Responsibility
- Serve customers by completing accounts related transactions viz.cash receive/ payment, cheque receive/ payment etc.
- Be responsible for receiving/collection of Bills.
- Maintain supply of cash and currency and return excess cash and mutilated currency to Head Teller.
- Be responsible for reconciliation / balancing of voucher.
- Maintain record of stamped forms and balance time to time.
- Ensure compliance with Bank's guidelines and procedures related to daily Cash Management.
Educational Requirements
- Graduation in any subject from any reputed/UGC approved local or foreign university.
Job Requirements
- High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Proficiency both in written and spoken English and Bengali.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Previous experience as a teller is preferred.
