Requirements

Education

• Graduation or Post Graduation in CS/CSE/Software Engineering/Information Technology from a reputed UGC approved university. Having no 3rd Division/Class in any level of education.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years

Additional Requirements

• 03 - 05 years proven related experience in MIS IT software development roles within private sector commercial bank. MTOs/ Probationary Officers will be given preference.
• Interested candidate should have expertise in Central Bank Reporting frameworks such as SBS2, SBS3, CL, CIB, ISS, RIT and other Non-Funded Reporting requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Oracle database with advanced querying skills and experience in developing and maintaining Java and Oracle based applications.
• In-depth understanding of ETL process, tools and methodologies with proven on-hand experience in designing, implementing and optimizing ETL workflows.
• Knowledge of General Ledger [GL] and Profit & Loss [PL] Reporting concepts and process is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem solving abilities, attention to details and commitment to delivery high quality solutions.
• Vendor certification in related field will be given preference.
• Age not over 40 years as on 31.12.2023

The details of the position are as under :

Job Grade: Executive Officer/Senior Executive Officer/Principal Officer

Required for : Management Information System (MIS) Division of the Bank.

Job Nature : Permanent position.

Job responsibilities for Software Developer of (MIS) Division :

• Lead and manage Central Bank Reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions in alignment with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Develop, enhance and maintain Java and Oracle based applications to support various banking operations including reporting functions and GL/PL Reporting.
• Utilize strong query expertise in Oracle to extract, transform and analyze data for reporting purposes while ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Design, implement and optimize ETL processes to facilitate seamless data integration across multiple systems and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solution and implement system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Central Bank Reporting Systems, applications, ETL Process, GL/PL reporting and other related areas.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in reporting processes.
