Job Description / Responsibility
- Make sales plan as per sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as- Industries, Corporate houses, Institutions, Government utilities, MES, contractors etc.
- Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various routes and develop new business in line with the revenue & sales.
- Lead, supervise and train all sales staffs/field force, as well as identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term revenue growth.
- Monitoring sales teams, reporting to the senior management, collaborating with the marketing department, identifying new customers, and assigning work to salespeople.
- Forecast market demand and achieve sales target.
- Assuring proper engagement from client end.
- Retention and growth of large portfolio of corporate accounts by personally visiting potential clients' officials and building rapport with them.
- Contract negotiation for smaller and local clients, collect information regarding tenders and communicate the same to the Head Office. Also, deliver proposal and other relevant documents to clients within deadline
- Evaluate customers business through Business plus Credit risks analysis.
- Organize monthly meeting, give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set individuals target.
- Achieve organizational goal through achieving monthly targets with sincere efforts and leadership skills.
- Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
- Trend & competitive analysis by Brand & SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc in EEE will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)
Job Requirements
- Fair knowledge about Electrical & Electronic products and services.
- Need to have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Must have experience in the corporate business, preferably in the electrical & electronics sector.
- Minimum 5 years of Job experience in the relevant field with progressively higher responsibilities.
- Experience in a particular market/ geographic location.
- A successful candidate for this role should have sales experience, leadership qualities, supervisory skills, analytical thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and strategic planning.
- Maintain and increase annual business revenue by a minimum of 12%
- Achieve targets as expected by the Company.
- Build new client base.
- Willing to work with SAP ERP.
- Implement marketing plans that support the sales goals to sell all types of inventories.
