Job Description / Responsibility
- Identify & launch new products and ensure leading share of the product in the market.
- Train, motivate and guide newly recruited & existing sales staff regarding new & existing products to ensure continuous growth and promotion of products in the market.
- Build up rapport with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) across the country and maintain strong professional relationship with them.
- Develop and implement brand wise marketing plan in order to ensuring market penetration, profit generation and market share maximization.
- Analyze assigned product performance using internal & external product sales data, prescription data and on-going review of market.
- Develop the sales territories and understand market dynamics and demand by identifying market opportunities to facilitate brand building.
