Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in Business Discipline / Marketing / any other disciplines.

Additional Requirements

• No Experience is needed for Trainee Sales Officer (TSO)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field will get preference for higher grade. Willingness develop career in direct Banking Product sales

• Ability / willingness to Direct Sales of Banking Products (All sorts of Banking Products for Direct Sales).

• Excellent negotiation and selling skills.

• Knowledge of Credit cards, Retail product & Liability Products.

• Physical fitness and willingness to work at field level.

• Capable to work under pressure.

• Must be hard working with fervent attitude.

• Amicable personality & Positive attitude.

• Capable to work as a team player.

• Direct Sales, Corporate Sales, Tele Marketing & Call Center.

• Direct Selling through at Customer Points of Credit Cards, Retail Liability/Asset Marketing Debit & Credit Card & Investment.

• Deploying as Direct Sales Officer to Team Leader in all branches & marketing, selling of Credit Cards and Asset/Investment Products, Debit & Islamic Liability products.

• Employment Status: Full-time, Contractual but continue with hearted responsibility for your better future.
  

• Job Location : Anywhere in Bangladesh

• Specially in Dhaka, Narayangonj, Norsingdi, Chattogram, Hathazari, Mithachara, Khulna, Satkhira, Cox’s Bazar, Dagon Bhuiyan, Sylhet, Islampur (Sylhet), Beanibazar (Sylhet), Moulovibazar, Hobigonj, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Khulna, Satkhira, Khulna, Bogura, Cumilla, Feni, Jashore, Benapole, Noapara, Naogaon & Barishal.

• Marketing & selling of various Islami Liability/Deposit and Asset/Investment Products, Debit & Credit Card.

• Identify potential clients for Corporate, SME & Retail Investment.

• Responsible for achieving all sales targets.

• Participate in campaign and marketing initiatives to Credit Card, procure deposit, investment and no. of accounts organized by CHQ.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns.

• Reporting time to time on marketing activities to the supervisor.

• Ensuring customer service accurately & timely.

• Addressing customer requirements promptly. Ability / willingness to Direct Sales Banking Products (All Sorts of Banking Products for Direct Sales).
